How to Register Your Restaurant on foodpanda
1. Fill Out the Registration Form
1.1 Start by visiting the foodpanda Vendor Signup Page. Fill in your basic details like:
Name, email, and phone number
Business name and address
Type of food you serve (e.g., Asian, burgers, pizza)
Make sure to include your Tax ID or Business Identification Number (BIN) if needed. You’ll also need your bank details for payouts.
1.2 Please enter the address or use the pin to identify your business location.
1.3 Please provide your Tax, Legal and Bank information. Read the instructions carefully and provide this information based on your documents.
If you do not want to display price including VAT, then you will need to fill in the Business Identification Number (BIN)
1.4 As the next step, you can select a Commercial Plan that suits your business needs:
1.5 Finally, tick the box below in order to finalize the registration form. You will receive your registration details and contract per email. Please sign the contract once received
2 Upload Essential Documents
To complete your registration, gather and upload the following documents:
A copy of your ID
BIN Certificate or Trade License
Proof of banking (e.g., a cheque)
Your delivery menu with prices, photos, and opening hours
3 Approval Process
Once submitted, our team will review your details. If anything is missing, we’ll let you know. The approval process is quick, so you won’t have to wait long!
4 Create Your Online Restaurant Profile
After approval, it’s time to set up your foodpanda profile. Add your menu, upload eye-catching food photos, and input your opening hours to attract customers.
5 Training and Onboarding
